About Carpenter-Emanuel Lodge No. 588

Carpenter-Emmanuel Lodge consists of approximately 175 Brothers from all walks of life. We are an extremely well diversified group of Brothers with respect to ethnicity, secular beliefs and professions or vocations. Our Brothers take great pride in knowing and practicing the principals of Freemasonry that teach us to look past any issues regarding race or religion, color or creed, financial or economic status. This develops unity for the purpose of self-improvement and the improvement of the communities around us. The ultimate effort is to create a greater good.

Our lodge puts great emphasis on the education and training of our Brothers with the expectation of helping them to become better leaders and role models.

We believe in giving back to our communities and therefore support a number of philanthropies, and are always ready and willing to take part in a variety of service events (e.g. Blood Drive Programs, Child Safety Programs, Food & Clothing Drives, etc.).

We exercise the Masonic virtue of brotherly love by coordinating and participating in many Lodge social events that afford us the opportunity to acquaint ourselves, and form bonds with, one another’s families and friends. By working together and involving our loved ones in social environments, we’ve been able to establish a strong support network amongst us.

Carpenter-Emmanuel Lodge’s focus on Education, Service, and Social Programs not only rewards the individual brother with a great sense of pride, but it also helps, we think, to improve the public’s perception of Freemasonry and promotes the Craft.
